1 General Provisions and Definitions

The kg5k VIP Program has four tiers. The more active you are, the greater your opportunity to move up to a higher tier.

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.2%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.
• Platinum: Weekly cashback of up to 1.0%.

Decisions on VIP tier changes are entirely at the discretion of kg5k. VIP benefits are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash. We reserve the right to modify the terms of the VIP Program or discontinue it at any time.

6 Prohibited Activities and Usage Policy

The following activities are strictly prohibited on this platform:

• Money laundering or conducting any illegal financial activity.
• Using bots, automated software or artificial means to play games.
• Intentionally exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform.
• Colluding with other users to gain an advantage on the platform.
• Making threats, harassment or engaging in abusive behavior.

7 Account Suspension and Closure Policy

kg5k reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
